I went to get food and was told they only sell cigarettes and fuel. It is a 24 hour station. Clearly couldnt be bothered to get up and get anything. Poor customer service.

Returning from holiday we called in to this “24hr” BP garage around 0430hrs just to get some milk for coffee. There was no other customers, no cars, no one getting fuel etc. I asked the young lady on the counter (through glass), for the milk. She stopped briefly from playing on her mobile phone and said, “sorry I can’t get you anything from the shop floor because we are short staffed”! She then went back to her mobile phone.
Unbelievable! Do looks like BP have their work policy completely wrong, but worse still, looks like BP employees are the type that really just can’t be @rsed!

After breaking down we found ourselves at this petrol station and I have to say the staff were fantastic especially Ali who went above and beyond ,what a credit to the company she is ,she let us leave the car there overnight and cudnt do enough to help us ,had some food while we were there from the cafe and it was really good value and really friendly staff

Your average BP, I only got fuel so can't comment on anything else. Quick and easy I used the BP app so didn't enter the shop either.

I visited this store today to pick up some food and wine only to find its closed yet again, for me ill give up trying to use this M&S store ,as it seems to open depending on the desire of the management when they wish to open.
