Usal petrol station, good lighting and a good M&S store. Also has a, forgot name of it, but a good selection of hot food and beverages

Popped in this morning. Tills were out due to IT fault. Staff were amazingly helpful!!

Dreadful! Not worth 1 ⭐️
Gents toilets are filthy…
They haven’t been cleaned in months let alone today. Dirty floors, toilet paper all over, long term thick dust and dirt in corners and on surfaces, splashed urine and stains cubicle walls. They obviously have no cleaning regime and it’s clear there’s an issue when there’s a sewage rod by the door as you walk in!
Reported to the staff who don’t seem interested, so have reported to Environmental Health Dept. BP you need to inspect and spot check your franchise’s.

Tried to call up to enquire about fuel due to the current shortages and needing to fill up before a long trip and had them pick up only to hang up on me 2 seconds later before even saying hello or I could. Certainly not impressed and won't be wasting my time to drive down and see if they have petrol or not..

What truly delightful people work here. I imagine the manager is thrilled to have such great staff.
I live at the retirement village locally. When I visit the garage, I often do an M&S food shop here. The staff always pack my bags, are very pleasant, and today they even carried my shopping out to the car.
I can't thank the staff enough for their kindness, caring and generosity.
Pleasant people make such a difference, and you definitely want to return to shop again.

Don't bother trying to use M & S Staff discount card here or expect Nectar points on M & S purchases. Worst of both worlds!
